Assessment and retraining of the running technique - Recovery from an injury and/or improvement of running performance.

This service is for joggers, recreational runners, professional runners or people who would like to start running.

How does it work?

The first step is the running assessment through a video analysis, examining the technique, biomechanics, compensations and possible errors. Subsequently there is an assessment of the mobility, strength, power and quality of movement.
All the information gathered with the assessment is necessary to create an appropriate treatment plan that will resolve any problems and/or improve running performance.
I collaborate with PTs and nutritionists to offer personalised training and nutritional programs as well.
